Midies orders may be subject to import taxes or inspections by the local customs service. These are usually based on the country you are shipping to and are unique to that country.
If items ordered via our website are over a set value by your local authorities, additional taxes may apply. Midies does NOT set these tax limits or apply them in any way and unfortunately we cannot pre-pay or calculate these taxes for you.
As these limits change frequently Midies advises you to contact your local customs authority to find out if taxes apply, and how much they are.

*We currently are not shipping to Afghanistan, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Mexico, Portugal, South Africa, Syria, Yemen. 
Please Note: All orders placed to UAE, Qatar, Orman and Saudi Arabia need to include a PO Box as a part of their address. This is a requirement for the local postal service. 
All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a re shipping fee.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?


All of our parcels are shipped with Australia Post. For international orders your parcel will be handed over to your local postal company for delivery. 
Tracking Instructions:

1. You will receive your tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.
All international parcels can be tracked through your local postal company's website once they have reached your country.
